The Ayu Residences is EMKAY Group’s latest low-density residential project in Bandar Seri Putra, scheduled for soft launch on Oct 12, 2025.
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 9): EMKAY Group will soft launch The Ayu Residences this Sunday (Oct 12), introducing a low-density residential development within the freehold township of Bandar Seri Putra, their first venture into Bangi.
Located in South Bangi, the project forms part of a mature 898-acre township with established infrastructure and direct access via the Putra Mahkota Interchange on the North-South Expressway, the developer said in a press statement on Thursday.
The Ayu Residences comprises 11-storey low-rise blocks, beginning with Block 1, which is now available. Units are priced from RM390,000 and offer three-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts with dual kitchens and balconies designed for multipurpose use.
Facilities span over two acres and include age-zoned playgrounds, jogging tracks, multipurpose rooms and splash pools, with secure walking paths and communal green spaces.
Each unit features smart home systems such as digital locksets (ID upgrade package), and energy-efficient lighting.
Sustainable design elements include rainwater harvesting systems, solar panels in common areas, electric-vehicle (EV) charging bays, and cross-ventilation layouts.
The Ayu Residences targets families and first-time homebuyers seeking attainable freehold homes in a developing corridor with connectivity to Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Cyberjaya and KLIA.
